Here’s what happens after you place an order:

1. Order confirmation: we email you an order confirmation. Use the View your order button in that email to see your order details.
2. We prepare your order: most orders are ready within 15–60 minutes. Please allow up to 24 hours.
3. “Order Ready” email: we email you as soon as your order is ready for delivery.
4. Delivery: message us in Live Chat with your order number. See Delivery Requests.

Got an email from PayPal? A PayPal email (payment, order confirmation or “shipped”) doesn’t mean your order is ready for delivery. Please wait for our “Order Ready” email.

Digital products such as GID bot keys are sent by email, not delivered in game.
