The Mahim-Oak Curio is a unique amulet from Diablo II.

Its boosts to Defense, Attack Rating, and Resistances are small on their own, but it gives a good boost to all Attributes. This boost applies in addition to the explicitly stated bonuses to Attack Rating and Defense, and also increases Life and Mana.
