Lava Gout is a unique pair of Battle Gauntlets.

Although its boost to Fire Resist is less effective in Nightmare and Hell modes, Lava Gout gives bonuses of fire damage, attack speed, and a chance of casting Enchant. Since its chance of casting Enchant is higher with greater attack speed, Lava Gout is most useful in the hands of physical fighters with fast weapons. A level 10 Enchant lasts six minutes, so it's generally easy to keep a weapon near-permanently enchanted while wearing these gloves.
