Your order is ready for delivery once you receive our “Order Ready” email. Then:

1. Open Live Chat (bottom-right corner).
2. Send your order number and your platform (PC, Xbox, PlayStation or Switch).
3. PC: include your region (Americas, Europe or Asia). Console: add D2RGEAR as a friend first, then include your Gamertag, PSN ID or Switch friend code.
4. We’ll send you the game details or a game invite and deliver your items in game.

Before you start: make sure you have room in your inventory. Only one Annihilus, Hellfire Torch and Gheed’s Fortune can be in your inventory at a time, so move any extras to your shared stash.
